The .svg importer makes objects black if there is a clipping mask which has an outline assigned to it
To reproduce:
1. Open the attached project (chiburui2.zip)
2. Select the svg/bg1.svg asset in the Project view
3. Observe that the tree in the image is black
4. Open the .svg file in any Inkscape or Ilustrator
5. Observe that the tree there is not black
Expected: the .svg importer imports the image properly and doesn't make some objects black
Reproduced 2018.1.5f1, 2018.2.3f1, 2018.3.0a8
Could not test in earlier versions, Vector Graphics package is not working in those versions
