The screen is skewed in 1 frame when changed screen orientation with disabled Animated Autorotation
How to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached project "AutoRotationTestBug.zip"
2. Make sure that "Use Animated Autorotation" is disabled in the Player Settings
3. Open the sample scene, then build and run the project
Expected results: The screen transitions smoothly when changed screen orientation
Actual results: The screen is skewed in 1 frame when changed screen orientation
Reproducible with: 2018.3.8f1, 2019.1.0b7, 2019.2.0a8
Reproduced on iOS and Android, testing with:
VLNQA00162, iPad Pro 10.5, iOS version 11.3 (15E216)
VLNQA00212, iPhone XS, iOS version 12.1.3 (16D5039a)
