The Scene view is not visible after opening a Prefab from the Inspector window in a URP project
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “repro_IN-46917“ project
2. Open the “SampleScene“
3. Select the “Cube“ GameObject
4. Open the “Cube“ Prefab through the Inspector window
5. Go back to the “SampleScene“ through the Hierarchy window
Expected result: Scene view is visible
Actual result: Scene view is not visible
Reproducible with: 2023.1.0b21, 2023.1.4f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.28f1, 2022.3.5f, 2023.1.0b20, 2023.2.23f1
