The Scene is marked dirty when opening the Project
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “ASDQWE” project
2. In the Hierarchy Window, observe the active Scene
Expected result: The active Scene is not marked as dirty
Actual result: The active Scene is marked as dirty
Reproducible with: 2021.3.28f1, 2022.3.5f1, 2023.1.4f1, 2023.2.0a23
Reproducible on: Intel macOS 13.4
Notes:
* Only reproducible when the project is loaded into the “Assets/Scenes/MainScene.unity” Scene
* Saving changes and reloading the project still produces the same results
* Loading the project into a different Scene, then switching to the MainScene.unity Scene and reloading the project does not yield the same result
