The 'run in background' doesn't work properly on the windows standalone clients when locking the computer
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Include the test scene and build&run
3. Select full screen. You'll notice a counter that goes up
4. Windows Key + L and wait for a minute or two
5. Return to the game - the timer wasn't increasing in the background
