The rotation value of the child object becomes imprecise after unparenting it from another object
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached '1286609.zip' project and open 'SampleScene'
2. In the Hierarchy window right-click on the 'Object1' and select 'Create Empty'
3. Unparent the newly created GameObject and observe its Rotation value
Expected result: The Rotation value of the unparented GameObject is 90
Actual result: The Rotation value of the unparented GameObject is 90.00001
Reproducible with: 2018.4.29f1, 2019.4.14f1, 2020.1.0a23
Not reproducible with: 2020.1.0a24, 2020.1.13f1, 2020.2.0b11, 2021.1.0a5
