The "Properties..." option is exposed to users when right clicking an empty Asset Value Field
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Create or open any Project
# Either in Project Settings or in a Game Objects Components in the Inspector, find an Asset value field where no Asset is assigned (e.g Create a Video Player in the Hierarchy)
# Right click that value (Video Clip or Target Texture for a Video Player)
# Select "Properties..." from the Dropdown Menu
*Actual results:* Nothing happens, as the Properties option should open a focused Inspector Window
*Expected results:* The Properties option is unavailable to users
*Reproducible with versions:* 2021.3.40f1, 2022.3.38f1, 6000.0.11f1
*Tested on (OS):* Windows 11
