The Project View search directory selection bar is missing and will always display searches from all assets
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. In the Project View search type "t:Texture"
3. Press enter
Expected result: Nothing is found, you can see the search directory bar at the top of Project View
Actual result: A lot of textures are found, you cannot see the search directory bar at the top of Project View
Reproducible with: 2021.1.0b9, 2021.1.14f1, 2021.2.0a5, 2021.2.0a17
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.34f1, 2019.4.28f1, 2020.3.13f1, 2021.1.0b8, 2021.2.0a1, 2021.1.0a4, 2021.2.0a18, 2021.2.0b2, 2022.1.0a1

1. DO NOT TEST FIXED VERSIONS FIRST! Testing in a fixed version fixes the issue in all streams
