The Pop Up Error Occurs when Class Derives from MonoBehaviour and has a Child Nested Class
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "GenericConstraintBroken.zip" Project
2. Drag "MonoStateMachine.cs" on any GameObjects Inspector in the Scene
Expected Behaviour: The Script is attached to the GameObject without any Errors or Warnings
Actual Behaviour: The Script is not attached and a Pop Up Error appears on the screen stating that script was not found
Reproducible with: 2018.4.3f1,2019.1.3f1, 2019.1.8f1, 2019.2.0b1, 2019.2.0b7, 2019.3.0a8
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.29f1, 2018.4.2f1, 2019.1.2f1, 2019.2.0a14
