The Particle System doesn't work when played through ContextMenu
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “ParticleSystem“ project
2. Open the “Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity“ Scene
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Select the “ContextMenu” GameObject in the Hierarchy window
5. Press on the 3 dots on the right of the Context Menu Script’s Title Bar in the Inspector window
6. Select the “StartParticle” option and observe the Game View
Expected result: Particle System emits particles
Actual result: Particle System doesn’t emit any particles
Reproducible with: 2021.3.33f1, 2022.3.14f1, 2023.2.0a14
Not reproducible with: 2023.3.0a16
Fixed in: 2023.2.0a15
Reproducible on: Windows 10 Pro (22H2)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Note: This is reproducible only when the “Start Lifetime” setting is set to 0.3 or less in the Particle System Component’s settings
