The normal skybox is used when editing prefabs in isolation mode instead of a plain color one
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Add a cube to the scene and create a prefab from it
3. Open the prefab in isolation mode and observe the skybox
Expected result: The background used in isolation mode should be a plain color to differentiate it from the main scene view
Actual result: Isolation mode uses the normal skybox
Reproduced in: 2019.1.0a13, 2019.1.0a11, 2018.3.2f1, 2018.3.0b12
Not reproducible in: 2019.1.0a10, 2018.3.0b11
