The mouse Pointer Enter EventTrigger is triggered through other windows when the app is windowed and not in front
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project and the only scene in it.
2. Build and run the scene in windowed mode.
3. Check if you hear the sound when hovering the button.
4. Put another window in front of the button window and move your mouse at the position of the button. Notice, that you can still hear the sound.
Expected behavior: Pointer Enter EventTrigger is not triggered through other windows when the app is windowed.
Actual behavior: Pointer Enter EventTrigger is triggered through other windows when the app is windowed.
Reproducible: 5.2.4f1, 5.3.6f1, 5.4.0f2, 5.5.0a4.
