The main thread is idling and is not being utilized by Physics when portioning out jobs
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “PhysxThreading“ project
2. Open the “PhysxDemo“ scene
3. Go to “Window > Analysis > Profiler”
4. On the Module details panel toggle “Live“ display mode on
5. Set the Module details panel to display the Timeline view
6. Enter Play mode
7. Observe the main thread in the Module details panel
Expected result: The main thread is not idling
Actual result: The main thread is idling
Reproducible with: 2022.3.8f1, 2022.3.12f1, 2023.1.18f1, 2023.2.0b15, 2023.3.0a11
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.31f1, 2022.3.7f1
Reproducible on: macOS 13.5.2 (Intel)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
