The "loopPointReached" event is continuously triggered when a Video Clip with looping and skip-on-drop disabled restarts playback after reaching the end
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached "VideoPlayerEvent" project
2. Open the "Assets/Scenes/SampleScene" scene
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Observe the Console
Expected results: The "loopPointReached" event is triggered once
Actual results: The "loopPointReached" event is triggered continuously
Reproducible with: 2021.3.35f1, 2022.3.20f1, 2023.2.10f1, 2023.3.0b7
Reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
Notes:
- Reproducible in Standalone Player
- Reproducible when using a Video Clip asset instead of a URL
- Reproducible with other video formats (mp4, mkv, m4v, mov were tested)

Resolution Note (fix version 6000.0.0b11):
The VideoPlayer auto-rewinds to 0 when Play() is invoked after it has paused at the end of playback. The logic to drive this was incorrect when skip-on-drop is disabled, causing it to go straight back to Pause(). Adjusted the boundary condition testing.
