The Localization Table gets duplicated when a Localization String is modified by a C# script
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project “LocalizationRepro.zip“
2. Open Assets/Tables/TAB_en-US.asset in the text editor
3. Locate “m_Items:“ and observe the number of elements
4. Select Assets/Tables/TAB_en-US.asset
5. In the Inspector window click the “Open Table Editor“ button
6. In the Main Toolbar click MyMenu > Table
7. In the Localization Tables window click on the field with the “Value1“ text in it
8. Press ctrl + s
9. Repeat 2-3 steps
Expected result: The number of elements stayed the same
Actual result: The number of elements increased by 1
Reproducible with: 1.2.1 (2020.3.37f1), 1.3.1 (2021.3.7f1, 2022.1.10f1), 1.3.2 (2022.2.0b2), 1.4.0-exp.1 (2023.1.0a3)
