The links in the MRTK configuration profiles are broken when importing package into an empty project
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Import the attached package "repro_source.unitypackage" into the project
3. Select Assets>MixedRealityToolkit.Generated>CustomProfiles>New MixedRealityToolkitConfigurationProfile.asset
Expected results: Experience Settings Profile in the Inspector window is set to "DefaultMixedRealityToolkitExperienceSettingsProfile"
Actual results: Experience Settings Profile in the Inspector window is set to \{None}
Reproducible with: 2020.3.16f1, 2020.3.25f1, 2021.2.7f1
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.15f2
Could not test with: 2019.4.34f1 (OpenXR not supported), 2022.1.0b2 (Editor crashes upon importing the package)
Notes: Restarting the Editor solves the issue
