Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “BugRepro” project
2. Select the “Assets/forest_no_path.psb” asset
3. Click the "Settings" and "Layer Management" tabs in the Inspector window

Expected result: The Inspector window displays the settings and layer management options
Actual result: The Inspector window is empty
