The Inspector window display will randomly shift upward into the top section when an Asset is selected
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "Invetris.zip"
2. Open Assets/ItemsWeapons/Items/gun_6.asset
Expected results: There is no upward shift in the Inspector window display
Actual results: There is an upward shift in the Inspector window display
Reproducible with: 2021.3.27f1, 2022.3.1f1, 2023.1.0b19, 2023.2.0a18
