Yes
The Inspector pane layout in the UI Builder window is misaligned when a selector's properties is modified and saved
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN-85122” project
2. Open the “MainMenuVisualTree” UXML file in the UI Builder window
3. In the Stylesheet pane select the .TopBar selector
4. In the Inspector pane Display section change the Visibility from Visible to Hidden
5. Save the UXML file by pressing CTRL + S
6. Scroll in the UI Builder Inspector pane and observe the layout of the pane.
Expected result: The inspector pane shows options normally without any visual problems
Actual result: The inspector pane has a visual rendering issue where part of the layout is cut off causing invisibility of the inspector pane options.

Not reproducible in: 2021.3.44f1, 2022.3.49f1, 2023.2.0a17
