To reproduce:
1. Build & Run the attached Unity project
2. Wait for Xcode to open
3. Notice Info.plist Utility error thrown

Broken again in 4.6.0. Maybe this is expected if this fix was only applied in a recent 4.5.x patch release?
Issue tracker doesn't appear to show which version the issue was fixed in.
