Yes
The icon in the build's title bar is not the default icon specified in Player settings
To reproduce:
1. Build a new project for the Windows Standalone
2. Run the build windowed
3. Observe the icon in the title bar of the window
Expected: the icon in the title bar should be the same as the default icon specified in the Player settings. If the icon is not specified, the icon should be Unity logo instead
Reproduced in 2017.2.0a1, 2017.2.0b11, 2017.3.0b3
Did not reproduce in 5.6.3p4, 2017.1.1p4
Regression introduced in 2017.2.0a1
