The "HDR is not currently active" message is displayed in the HDR Output Property when HDR is enabled and HDR display is used
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “ASDQWE” project
2. Open the “Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity” Scene
3. In the Hierarchy Window, select “Lightning > Volumes > Volume Global
4. In the Inspector Window, observe the “Volume > Tonnemapping > HDR Output” Property
Expected result: The Property is enabled
Actual result: “HDR is not currently active. Settings will take effect when a compatible device is found” message is displayed
Reproducible with: 2022.3.9f1
Not reproducible with: 2023.1.16f1, 2023.2.0b13, 2023.3.0a9
Could not test with: 2021.3.31f1 (HDR Output is not supported)
Fixed in: 2022.3.10f1
Reproducible on: Intel macOS 13.5, Windows 11 Dx12
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
