The handle of a UI Slider cannot be dragged when the UI Slider is rendered on a secondary monitor
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached "UGUIMultiDisplay" project
2. Open the "Assets/Scenes/SampleScene" scene
3. Build and Run
4. Try to drag the slider on a secondary monitor
5. Observe the results
Expected results: The slider can be dragged on the secondary monitor
Actual results: The slider cannot be dragged on the secondary monitor
Reproducible with: 2021.3.36f1, 2022.3.21f1, 2023.2.14f1, 6000.0.0b11
Reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
Note: To reproduce the issue in the attached project on certain versions, it may be necessary to adjust the resolution of the main monitor to a lower setting, otherwise, clicking on the secondary display may cause the click to register on the primary display
