The font and border color indicating the selected Rendering Layer is displayed incorrectly when more than two new Layers are added
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Open Tags and Layers settings (Edit → Project Settings → Tags and Layers)
3. In the Tags and Layers settings, expand Rendering Layers
4. Add 3 new Layers by pressing + button
5. Click on the last added Layer
6. Click on any other Layer
7. Repeat step 5 and 6 multiple times
Expected results: Only the selected layer's font and the adjacent column's border color change to blue
Actual results: The previously selected layer's font and the adjacent column's border color remain blue, while the currently selected ones are white
Reproducible with: 2023.3.0b3, 6000.0.4f1
Not reproducible with: 2023.3.0b2
Can’t test with: 2021.3.38f1, 2022.3.30f1 (no Rendering Layers feature present in Tags and Layers settings)
Reproducible on: Windows 10
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
