The "File already exists" pop-up appears when moving an asset into a parent folder of the same name as the child folder
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project “FileExistsBug.zip“
2. Navigate to the “Assets/PrefabMoveBug/Demo/Demo” folder
3. Move the “Cube.prefab“ to the “Assets/PrefabMoveBug/Demo“ folder
Expected result: The file is moved
Actual result: “File already exists” pop-up appears
Reproducible with: 2021.1.0a10, 2021.1.28f1, 2021.3.16f1, 2022.1.24f1, 2022.2.2f1, 2023.1.0a24
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.43f1, 2021.1.0a9
Reproducible on: Windows 10
