The Eye buttons icon is no longer centered when clicked and in its Hidden state
How to reproduce:
1. Open up any project
2. Create an "Animator Controller" in Project View and open it
3. Observe the "Eye" in the top left of the Animator Window and click it
4. Observe it again
Expected result: The "Eye" button, once clicked, is centered the same as when it is in it's "Show" state
Actual result: The "Eye" button, once clicked, is no longer centered and goes a bit out of bounds
Reproducible with: 2020.3.47f1, 2021.3.24f1, 2022.2.17f1, 2023.1.0b13, 2023.2.0a11
