The end of trail does not move when start to move the trail render
To reproduce:
1. Open attached Unity project "New Unity Project 7.zip"
2. Open "Test" scene
3. In the Hierarchy locate "GameObject" and click it
4. Using transform gizmos, move the object
5. Inspect trail that the object leaves
Expected result: The end of the trail should drag with the moving object
Actual result: The end of the trail has a long delay before starting to move or sometimes does not move at all (see attached gif "trail.gif")
Reproduced on: 5.6.5f1, 2017.1.2p4, 2017.2.1p1, 2017.3.0p1, 2018.1.0b1
