How to reproduce:

3. Open About Unity window by selecting Help->About Unity in the Menu Bar
4. Observe the Menu Bar
Expected results: the Menu Bar is not flickering
Actual results: the Menu Bar is flickering
Reproducible with: 2020.1.0a24, 2020.1.0b2, 2020.2.0a4

Could not test with: 2017.4.38f1, 2018.4.19f1, 2019.3.6f1, 2020.1.0a20 because Standalone Profiler is not available
