The Editor is not installed correctly and the Layout is broken when it is installed on the path containing special characters
How to reproduce:
1. Install Unity Editor on the path containing a special character (e.g. C:\Program Files\Unity\Programozás)
2. Create a new project
3. Observe the Editor
Expected result: The layout is displayed correctly and the UI tools are all in place
Actual result: The black screen is displayed with most of the UI Tools being out of place
Reproducible in: 6000.0.1f1, 6000.0.12f1
Not reproducible in: 2021.3.41f1, 2022.3.39f1, 6000.0.0f1
Reproducible on: Windows 10, Windows 11 (user’s)
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested

Resolution Note:
Cannot reproduce with latest versions of Unity. Some other very similar bugs were fixed recently so this one has probably been fixed at the same time. Please reopen if you still encounter this issue in latest Unity 6.
