The Editor crashes in SessionState::GetInt when reimporting all assets
To reproduce:
1. Open the project, attached by the user (Maze.zip)
2. In the Project window, right-click and select Reimport All
Expected: reimporting the assets doesn't crash the Editor
Reproduced in 2017.1.3p3, 2017.2.2p3, 2017.3.2f1, 2017.4.0f1, 2018.1.0f1, 2018.2.0b1
