The Editor crashes in GUIView::OnInputEvent when an Event is repeatedly sent to the Scene view
To reproduce:
1. Open the project, attached by the tester (OnSceneGUIEvent.zip)
2. Add testing.cs script to the Main Camera
3. Select Main Camera
Expected: the Editor doesn't crash when an Event is sent to the SceneView from the custom inspector
Reproduced in 5.5.4p2, 5.6.3p2, 2017.1.0f3, 2017.1.1f1, 2017.2.0b10, 2017.3.0a7
