The Editor crashes in GetComponentsImplementation<1,1> when entering Play mode in .NET 4.6
To reproduce:
1. Open the project, attached by the user (O Saneador.zip)
2. Open the "Debug 0.2" scene
3. Enter Play mode
Expected: the Editor doesn't crash
Reproduced in 2017.1.3p3, 2017.2.2p3, 2017.3.2f1, 2017.4.1f1, 2018.1.0f1
Could not test on 2018.2 due to many errors in the console

Resolution Note:
This particular case has been investigated thoroughly and we have decided, in the interests of protecting the stability and features of Unity for users that rely upon the affected versions, to not address this fix for the time being. We understand that this will cause problems for some users, and so may address in a future version.
