The Editor crashes in BitmapDataToImageReference when importing a specific .mp4 file
To reproduce:
1. Open the project, attached by the tester (videoImport.zip)
Expected: importing a specific video doesn't crash the Editor
Reproduced in 2017.2.0a1, 2017.2.0f3, 2017.3.0b8, 2018.1.0a3
Did not reproduce in 2017.1.2p2
