The Editor crashes in AnimatorStateMachine::CheckConsistency after importing an Animator Controller
To reproduce:
1. Open the attached project (2018.zip)
2. Reimport the CharacterAnimator_NEW asset
Expected: the Editor doesn't crash
Reproduced in 2017.3.0a1, 2017.3.2f1, 2017.4.4f1, 2018.1.1f1, 2018.2.0b5, 2018.3.0a1
Did not reproduce in 2017.2.3f1
Regression introduced 2017.3.0a1
