The dropdown will not close when clicked outside of it
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project “TestDropdown.zip”
2. Enter Play Mode
3. Click on the dropdown in the Game view
4. Click on the Scene outside of the dropdown
Expected results: The dropdown closes
Actual results: The dropdown stays open
Reproducible with: 2020.3.47f1, 2021.3.23f1, 2022.2.16f1, 2023.1.0b12, 2023.2.0a7, 2023.2.0a11
Not reproducible with: 2023.2.0a6
Reproducible on: Windows 10
