How to reproduce:
1. Open Unity Hub
2. Try to download 2019.1.2f1
3. It gets cancelled: "The download of version 2019.1.2f1 was cancelled"
Reproducible with: 1.6.2
Actual results: unable to download 2019.1.2f1
Expected results: download proceeds as normal, and version is installed
No longer reproducible with: Unity Hub 2.0.4
