The "Content" GameObject under the Viewport of a Scroll View moves in world space when exiting Play Mode
Repro steps:
1. Open QA attached project "repro_1075562"
2. Create an empty GameObject and save the scene
3. Observe the Scene View
4. Enter and exit Play Mode
5. Observe the Scene View again
Expected: Everything in the Scene View stays the same
Actual: The Image moves after exiting Play Mode
Reproducible with: 2017.2.3p4, 2017.4.10f1, 2018.1.9f2, 2018.3.0a11
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.2f2, 2018.2.6f1, 2018.3.0a10
Notes:
- Saving the scene after exiting Play Mode returns the "Content" GameObject back in place
