The color in the Inspector is different than the GameObject in the Scene when changing the Material Face Color
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "My project (8).zip"
2. Open Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity
3. Select Canvas>Text (TMP) in the Hierarchy window
4. Compare the "New Text" color in the Game view to the Material Face Color in the Inspector window
Expected results: Colors are the same
Actual results: Colors are different
Reproducible with: 3.2.0-pre.1, 3.2.0-pre.10 (2021.3.42f1, 2022.3.41f1), 4.0.0-pre.2 (2022.3.41f1), 6000.0.14f1
Not reproducible with: 3.0.9 (2021.3.42f1, 2022.3.41f1)
Reproducible on: Windows 10 22H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
