The Code Previews panel is initially opened in a slightly minimized state
How to reproduce:
# Open any project
# Create a UI Document Asset in the Project Browser and open it
# Observe the Code Previews panel
# Extend it by draggin the top edge upwards and then try to make it the same size as it was before
Actual results: The Code Previews panel is initially opened not extended upwards, this is clearly seen as the button to open the code preview doesn't have padding on the bottom
Expected results: The Code Previews panel is initially opened in a state that can later be minimized to as it appeared before
Reproducible with: 2021.3.46f1, 2022.3.53f1, 6000.0.30f1, 6000.1.0a6
Reproducible on: Windows 11
