The characters of the bottom option in the Scene View Debug Draw Mode dropdown menu are cut off
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open any project
2. In Scene View controls click the arrow to the right of the Debug icon
3. Observe the last options in the list
Actual results: Last option's characters are cut off on the bottom, items that are last before a dividing line are also affected
Expected results: List fits all options in the dropdown menu
Reproducible with versions: 2021.3.37f1, 2022.3.26f1, 2023.1.20f1, 2023.2.20f1, 6000.0.0b16
Tested on (OS): Windows 11
Notes:
- 2023.2 Stream's option for Rendering Debugger does not have a highlight when the cursor is hovered over
