The changelog in Package Manager for TextMesh Pro doesn't show the changes for the newer versions
Repro steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Open Package Manager
3. Update TextMesh Pro to 1.2.4
4. Notice that a newer version 1.3.0 is available
5. Select "View changelog" and notice the named versions
Expected: The newest is [1.3.0] - 2018-08-09
Actual: The newest is [1.2.4] - 2018-06-10

Resolution Note:
The changelog is specific to the version selected. So the changelog of a package's 1.0.0 version is not expected to contains changes in the 2.0.0 version for example.
