The Category attribute doesn't take effect when the Values attribute is present
Reproduction steps:
# Open the attached project
# Open the Test Runner window (Window > General > Test Runner)
# Make sure the “PlayMode” button is selected
# Set the filter next to the search bar to “Uncategorized”
# Observe the filtered tests
Expected result: “ClassA” tests don’t show up
Actual result: “ClassA” Test_A_Values test is present
Reproducible with: 1.1.33, 1.3.0 (2020.3.41f1, 2021.3.13f1, 2022.1.23f1, 2022.2.0b15, 2023.1.0a19)
Reproducible on: Windows 10 (21H2)
