The button is not always being hit when using alphaHitTestMinimumThreshold
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “BugRepro” project
2. Open the “Assets/Scenes/SampleScene“ Scene
3. Enter The Play Mode
4. In the Game View, hover the mouse cursor over the buttons
Expected result: When the mouse cursor is over one of the buttons, the corresponding button is highlighted
Actual result: The buttons are not always highlighted when the mouse cursor is over them
Reproducible with: 2022.1.0a4, 2022.3.17f1, 2023.2.4f1, 2023.3.0b1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.34f1, 2022.1.0a3
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
