The button in the drop-down list of the Editor's Menu bar fails to open the window when there are 6400 scripts inherited from Monobehaviour
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "ReproProj"
2. Open the “About Unity” or any other window available from the drop-down list of the Menu bar (Help > About Unity)
Expected result: The window opens
Actual result: Window fails to open
Reproducible with: 2021.3.40f1, 2022.3.36f1, 6000.0.9f1
Reproducible on:
Windows 10 Enterprise 21H2
