The alpha of textue is not identified when RGBA compessed etc2 8bits compression is used
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Set the texture found in Project window to be compressed with "RGBA compessed etc2 8bits"
3. Toggle Alpha preview in Inspector's window Preview
Expected: Alpha is shown in in black
Actual: Alpha of image is shown in white - alpha not identified
Reproduced in: 2017.2.0b1, 2017.2.3p2, 2017.2.3p2, 2017.4.8f1, 2018.1.9f1, 2018.2.1f1, 2018.3.0a6
