[Textures] Clamped texture bleeds all over the mesh if material's texture tiling is set to a large number
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene bugreport.unity
- Scene contains two characters: one has a texture that has a lot of tiling and the other has its texture tiling set to (1,1)
3. Move the Scene View camera closer or further away from the characters
- Note how the character with lots of tiling turns a reddish hue as the camera is further away
- The other character stays the same
