Textures break when GenerateMipMaps is disabled with Max Size set to 8192 and Texture resolution higher than 4096
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user attached project
2. Select R0010890.jpg
3. Turn off GenerateMipMaps
4. Make sure that Non-Power of 2 is set to None
5. Make sure that Max Size is 8192
Expected result: texture should be properly displayed
Actual result: texture displays purple color
Reproduced in: 2018.2.0a9, 2018.1.0f1, 2017.3.1p4, 2017.2.2p1, 2017.1.3p2
