Textures are cleared when creating Texture array from RenderDoc
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project and Example scene
2. In the Scene view, select Menu Settings (three dots) and select Load RenderDoc
Expected result: Terrain textures are rendered
Actual result: Terrain is black
Reproducible with: 2020.2.0b3, 2020.3.12f1, 2021.1.0a1, 2021.1.0b7, 2021.2.0a1, 2021.2.0a3
Not reproducible with: 2020.2.0a17, 2020.2.0b2, 2021.1.0b8, 2021.1.11f1, 2021.2.0a4, 2021.2.0a14
Could not test with: 2019.4, 2020.2.0a1, 2020.2.0a16 (terrain gets corrupted)
