Texture's alpha quality in 5.5 is significantly lower than 5.3 Unity version
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "Test 5.5.zip" with Unity 5.5;
2. Take a look at the noise;
3. Open the " Alpha On 5_3 Project.zip" on Unity 5.3;
4. Observe the differences.
Expected results: the quality of the texture should be the same in every version;
Actual results: the quality is significantly lower in newer versions.
Lower quality reproducible on: 5.4.1f1, 5.5.0f3, 5.6.0b11, 2017.1.0a3.
Higher quality reproduced on: 5.3.6p6.
