TextureImporter settings get dirtied upon switching Platform Setting views in Inspector window when used with AssetPostProcessor
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Select the 'testImage' asset in the Project window
3. In the Inspector window switch from Editor platform settings to another platform settings view
Expected result: settings do not need to be reapplied
Actual result: settings need to be reapplied
Reproducible with: 2019.4.12f1, 2019.4.22f1, 2020.2.0b7, 2020.3.1f1, 2021.1.0a1, 2021.1.0b11, 2021.2.0a8
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.32f1, 2019.4.11f1, 2020.2.0a1, 2020.2.0b6
